What this site is

This is the website for AMPED UP AUDIO, a recording studio in El Monte, California. It describes the studio's services and offers a booking request form. Nothing on this site is an offer of employment, a partnership, or anything beyond studio services.

Bookings

Sending the booking form is a request, not a confirmed session. Your session is confirmed only when the studio replies and confirms your date and time.
A $40 deposit (the first hour of your session) locks your slot. The deposit is paid via Zelle to the studio's business account.
Sessions are priced at the rates shown on the site. Any discounts or promo codes apply only as stated when the code was issued.

Late arrivals

You have a 20-minute grace period. After that, a $20 late fee applies. Session time is not extended for late arrival.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel, let the studio know as soon as possible so the slot can be offered to someone else. The studio may reschedule your deposit to a new date at its discretion.

Using the site

Use the booking form for genuine session requests only. Don't submit false information or requests on someone else's behalf.
Site content — text, photos, and branding — belongs to AMPED UP AUDIO. Don't copy or reuse it without permission.

Limits

Service details and policies may change as the studio grows; this page will be updated to match. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still stands.
