What we collect

The booking form on this site asks for:

Your name, phone number, and email address
The service you want, your preferred date, and any notes about your session
A promo or referral code, only if you enter one

That's it. Nothing else is collected or tracked on this site.

How it's sent and used

When you submit the form, your details are sent to the studio's email through FormSubmit (a form-delivery service) so your booking request can be received and confirmed. Your information is used only to arrange your session — confirming your time, and following up about your booking.

What we don't do

We don't sell or share your information with anyone.
We don't add you to marketing lists or send promotional emails.
We don't run analytics or advertising trackers on this site.

Your information

Want your details corrected or deleted? Email Eli.otl.music@gmail.com and it will be handled.
